You can retrieve your Application ID and reset your password using the "Forgot Application ID" or "Forgot Password" links on the login page of the admission portal. This usually requires your registered mobile number.
For technical issues related to the online portal, please use the helpline numbers or email IDs provided on the website's "Contact Us" section. For admission-related queries, first, refer to the Information Brochure. If your query is not answered, you may contact the DTE Maharashtra helpdesk or the nearest Facilitation Centre (FC). Contact details for Regional Offices of Technical Education are also available on the DTE website.
AP (Centralized Admission Process) Rounds are the online counseling rounds through which eligible candidates are allotted seats in various polytechnics based on their merit, choices (preferences of institutes and courses), and availability of seats as per reservation policies. Candidates need to fill and confirm their option forms (listing preferred colleges and courses) online during the specified CAP round dates.
A provisional and then a final merit list are prepared based on the aggregate marks obtained by candidates in their qualifying examination (SSC or equivalent) and other tie-breaking rules
After filling the online application and uploading documents, candidates must select a scrutiny mode: E-Scrutiny Mode: Documents are verified online by a Facilitation Centre (FC). You do not need to visit an FC physically. The status of verification will be available in your login. Physical Scrutiny Mode: You need to visit a designated Facilitation Centre (FC) with your original documents and printout of the application form for verification and confirmation during a booked time slot.
1.The application fee for General Category candidates from Maharashtra State, Outside Maharashtra State (OMS), and J&K & Ladakh Migrant candidates is typically ?400. 2. For Reserved Category candidates (SC, ST, VJ/DT- NT(A), NT(B), NT(C), NT(D), OBC, SBC, EWS) and Persons with Disabilities candidates exclusively from Maharashtra State, the fee is generally ?300. 3.The fee must be paid online through Credit Card/Debit Card/UPI/Net Banking. Application fees are non-refundable.
The application process is completely online. You need to visit poly25.dtemaharashtra.gov.in, register as a new candidate, fill out the online application form, upload scanned copies of all required documents, and pay the application fee.

The Option Forms submission starts after publication of Final Merit List of and Seat matrix. The candidate eligible for the respective CAP Round shall be able to submission and confirmation Option Form as per the schedule published. Please check your name Final Merit List or Blocked Candidates List of Maharashtra Candidates. Candidate has to select the Colleges and their Courses/Branches (Choice Codes) and set the preferences.
E-Scrutiny mode is the digital mode of candidate verification and confirmation. Candidate shall fill the application form online and the form will be sent to the e-FC digitally.Candidate does not have to visit the e-FC in person.
In this mode, candidates shall do primary registration and generate application ID and Password and select the physical scrutiny mode on their dashboard. candidates shall select the slot for physical verification in the nearby FC center as per their convenience within a given time period and availability of slots. In this mode, candidates can fill their complete application form and then go to the FC center only for verification within a selected slot OR in case of unavailability of IT facility, candidates can only select the mode of scrutiny as physical and book the slot and go to the FC center for filling the form and document verification. During this verification process, candidates shall follow all the rules of social distancing.
Candidates can change the mode of scrutiny before the e-FC verification process starts OR before confirmation of application form by the physical FC. However, candidates shall select the mode of scrutiny cautiously.
NO. Candidates need to select any one mode for scrutiny (e-Scrutiny or Physical Scrutiny) to proceed.
If FC marks any discrepancy in the candidate application form then that will be displayed on the candidate dashboard. If FC has not confirmed the candidate application form then the form will be unlocked to the candidate and the candidate can resolve the discrepancies and submit them to FC after giving the consent and OTP authentication.
Candidates Appearing SSC from MSBSHSE(Maharashtra Sate Board) in 2023 are not mandatory to upload Leaving Certificate and SSC/10th Marksheet, rest for other candidates passing SSC prior to 2023 from Maharashtra State Board or from other board candidates are required to upload Leaving Certificate and SSC/10th Marksheet.
The eligible candidates shall be able to submit and confirm the Option Form as per the Schedule. The Option Forms are to be submitted after display of the Seat Matrix.
